Nicole Kauffman To All Instructors

I have a love for the sciences and working with students to grow in critical thinking skills.  This love began while working toward my Bachelor and Master's degrees in Food Science at Penn State University.  I had the opportunity to assist classes and teach short courses.  After graduating, I worked in the food packaging industry before having my three children, who I have homeschooled since kindergarten.  I taught science at all levels, logic and other technology related classes as well as served on the board and as the school administrator at a homeschool co-op for twelve years before joining Homeschool Connections in the winter of 2026.  In my spare time I enjoy gardening, cooking, hiking, reading mysteries and doing crossword puzzles.
