Kathryn Rizza To All Instructors

Hi, my name is Kathryn Rizza. I am a mother of two wonderful daughters, Melody (13) and Aubri (10). Our family has been a part of this wonderful homeschool community since the very beginning of our journey as a family. 

We live in Harrison Township, on a canal off Lake St. Clair. We have a new puppy, “Finley,” who we adopted only a month ago. We also have a cat named “Beauty,” who adopted us. A few fun facts about me are that I love spending quality time with my friends and family, I love nature, animals, crafts, sewing, and learning new things! I am very excited to be teaching this coming fall at Homeschool Connections. We have loved being a part of this program since my now teenager had taken her very first class here in Kindergarten, 8 years ago! Oh- my. We’ve made so many lifelong friends on this journey and I cannot wait to see the connections your kids make both academically and socially!
